Free Shipping Policy
AshWill is proud to offer FREE shipping on wig orders in the domestic US within 1-4 business days. Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time. In our efforts to offer the lowest possible prices to our customers we cannot assume responsibility of stolen or lost merchandise once delivery has been confirmed.
1. Items may be returned for exchange. Refunds are not accepted at this time.
Returns are available for customers within 5 days of product delivery for wigs only. All hair bundles and clearance items are final sale. In order to complete a wig return the following conditions must be met:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If the listed conditions are not met, ASHWILL LACE WIG reserves the right to refuse a return for store credit .
